Kaleidoscope Pineapple II

The Pineapple is a generally recognized symbol of welcome in the south, particularly in Florida, where I now call home. It is also a most delicious combination of several of my fascinations, which are the Fibonacci spiral and the kaleidoscope of colors available to us in this divine existence. Science and the Divine, holding 2 opposite things at the same time and realizing they are all connected.

I enjoy pushing color into everyday objects, sometimes to the extreme and still considering the warmth and coolness of colors. I hope you experience the joy I feel while painting. The joy is the point.
